Gutter Transformation by LeafGuard of Cincinnati
When Jim and Patty W. from Decker Ln in Walton, KY, began reimagining their home, they faced a common—but serious—concern: safety. Jim was used to climbing a ladder to clean their aging gutter system, but Patty was growing increasingly uncomfortable with the risk. That concern sparked the start of a full-scale transformation that would enhance not only their home’s function but its overall beauty. And that’s where LeafGuard of Cincinnati came in.

Where A Vision Unfolds from Aging Exterior and Safety Concerns
Jim and Patty’s beautiful ranch-style home had served them well for years, but maintaining it had become more difficult. The primary concern was the dangerous task of cleaning clogged gutters, especially with Kentucky’s unpredictable weather. Jim had no desire to give up taking care of his home, but getting up on a ladder wasn’t something his wife wanted to see him doing anymore. They needed a better, safer solution.
When we met with Jim and Patty, the initial conversation was about gutters. But as we walked around their property and talked through their goals, it became clear they were ready for something bigger. What started as a simple upgrade turned into a full redesign of their home’s exterior. They wanted a cohesive, modern look that matched their style and would stand the test of time.
We worked closely with them to plan a unified color scheme that would refresh the entire property. Though we originally locked in a color palette, Patty later had a change of heart. We adapted the design without hesitation, ensuring the final look matched her new preferences perfectly.
The Transformation.

The result is a safer and more beautiful home. Jim and Patty were thrilled. The home not only looked stunning, but more importantly, they could now enjoy peace of mind. No more ladders. No more worry. Just a seamless, maintenance-free exterior that boosted their home’s curb appeal and safety.
“We are so happy with the work! Color is perfect! Really happy!” —Jim & Patty W.
Had a great experience. Elijah explained everything in detail when he came out to give me an estimate. Answered all my questions and was very polite. Darren and Tommy were both very polite, did the installation, and had the entire gutter system replaced in no time. I appreciate Darren’s thoughtfulness and help removing some debris from my second-floor dryer vent while he was on the ladder. This is always hard to get to, and I appreciate him doing that extra task. Everything was cleaned up and put back!
Thank you!

I got multiple quotes for an isolated rotted wood repair under my gutters. LeafGuard of Cincinnati was reasonable, and Evan was so professional. His solution not only fixed the problem but also prevented it from recurring. Other roofing companies tried to sell me a whole new (unneeded) gutter system! Then Tommy arrived to do the repair. He was friendly and efficient. The finished repair looks fantastic. I will definitely use them in the future. Great experience!

The service people are very professional and nice. They did an excellent job on original installation. This time was a replacement after a bad storm. They quickly got it replaced as well as a few roof shingles. Everything is good as new.

We had a very good experience with leaf guard. Evan was very knowledgeable when he showed us the product. The two guys who came out and installed the new gutters, sorry I forgot there names, did a great job. We are very happy with the fit and finish of the gutters.
